Pastors & Staff
Pastor George Spicer and Pastor Marcus Breitbarth welcome you to Life in Christ Lutheran Church! If you’re visiting in the area, we would be honored to have you join us in Worship, Sunday School, and Bible Class. If you are seeking a church home, we pray the Holy Spirit will guide you to make Life in Christ your church home. May God bless you richly today and every day!
Pastor George Spicer
Rev. Spicer has served as Senior Pastor at Life in Christ for almost 15 years. Previously, he had served congregations in Festus, Missouri and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Rev. Spicer is married to Sherri (they just celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary); they have three grown children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys preaching and leading worship, writing devotional material and working on his blog (pastorgeorgespicer.blogspot.com/). He marvels at how God the Holy Spirit teaches and grows the church community into a deeper and more trusting relationship with God the Son, Jesus Christ. Since the church was planted in 2003, he sees how God the Father has showered Life in Christ with more blessings than can be counted.
His hobbies include reading, listening to music and messing around on his guitar. He also enjoys following the Cardinals – the Arizona football Cardinals & the St. Louis baseball Cardinals.
Rev. Spicer promises that visitors and guests will receive a warm and friendly welcome from his and the people of Life in Christ. He enjoys making new friends and hopes that if you do not have a church home, you will come and visit Life in Christ soon.
Pastor Marcus Breitbarth
