Sermon Series: Run the Race
Run the Race: Pursuing the Christian Life with Jesus
...let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus...
For our 2019 sermon series, we come together as a congregation to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus in pursuing the Christian life. During this time, we commit to:
- Attending worship every time we can
- Reading our Bible every day along with a short devotional (like Portals of Prayer or Treasuring God's Word)
- Spending at least a few minutes in prayer every day
- Memorizing at least one Bible verse every week
If you can't make it to worship, we will share our sermon videos and weekly devotionals (or "training guides") here throughout the year. We hope you join us in running the race!

March 17, 2019 — Sermon by Pastor George Spicer
This week, we learn that no one will keep Jesus from reaching His goal, traveling to Jerusalem to suffer and die. Also, we marvel at the irony in the conversation Jesus has with the religious leaders.
